Job summary

KBR, Inc in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Fabricator I to organize and execute piping fabrication activities safely and in line with plant requirements. You will follow job instructions, drawings, material specs and supervisor guidance to complete assigned work.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating heavy workshop tools to cut, thread and groove pipes, coordinating resources, ensuring quality compliance, and reporting progress to the pipefitter supervisor while supporting site and field

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.

• Sets up, aligns, and operate heavy duty specialized workshop tools to cut, thread and groove all types of pipes and joints.
• Organize resources like material and equipment for pipe fabrication work; ensure compliance of specifications for pipe fabrication with quality.
• Execute job at site as well as in field; keep track of ongoing pipe fabrication job and report to pipefitter supervisor.

Title: Fabricator I Fabricator I CPIP07 - Pipefitter KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for a Fabricator I to organize and execute the piping fabrication activities safely and effectively based upon plant requirements.

Responsibilities: Fabricate required piping or layout following job instructions, drawings,material specification and technical references from supervisor. Sets up, aligns, and operate heavy duty specialized workshop tools to cut, thread and groove all types of pipes and joints. Organize resources like material and equipment’s for pipe fabrication work Ensure compliance of all specification for pipe fabrication with quality Execute job at site as well as in field Keep track of ongoing pipe fabrication job Log all progress related to pipe fabrication job and report to pipefitter supervisor Support in investigation job for failure analysis of piping circuit
