Responsibilities:
  • To lead, supervise and coordinate the day to-day activities of Instrumentmaintenance activities develop by technician on all Instrument systemsplant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility.He is the Focal point for daily Instrument maintenance execution plan
  • Ensure that technician complies and applied SATORP’s Safety andQuality procedures, during the execution of Instrument maintenanceactivities.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper execution of work and checkon the activity’s technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.
  • Lead and Technicians assigned to his area.
  • Receive work directions from the Instrument foreman in relation to
  • Instrument systems maintenance orders/requests and ensure translatingthese directions into actions.
  • Follow-up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regularprogress reports to the Instrument foreman with recommendations. Keepa record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenanceprograms and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.
  • Work closely with Instrument foreman in recommending and implementingchanges aimed at improving the availability and reliability of
  • Instrument/instrument systems within the designated area ofresponsibility.
  • Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements toInstrument equipment by making recommendations to increase thesuitability and serviceability of Instrument systems.
  • Enforce SATORP’s policies, procedures and regulations and ensure thatall safety measures and precautions are strictly considered and takencare of during conducting onsite maintenance works.
  • Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Instrument systems.
  • Good knowledge in Instrument equipment design, installation andmaintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electrohydraulic systems
  • Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles andworking procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to developactivities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Ability to perform work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Synergic and Capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Good commands oral and written English.
  • Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources,
    equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe
    and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years’experience in Oil & Gasmaintenance – High School.
  • Minimum 4 years’experience in Oil & Gasmaintenance – Diploma.
  • Hold a valid certificationissued by a recognized third-party certification body or anaccredited Saudi institute,attesting to the individual’squalifications andcompetency to perform theworks.
  • Strong technicalunderstanding ofmaintenance managementof Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA
