KBR is seeking a Fabricator I (Pipefitter) to organize and execute piping fabrication activities safely and effectively based on plant requirements, drawings, and material specs. The role involves setting up and operating heavy workshop tools, coordinating materials and equipment, ensuring quality compliance, performing site and field work, tracking progress, and reporting to the pipefitter supervisor.

Strong adherence to safety standards and quality procedures is essential, and candidates

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate required piping or layout following job instructions, drawings, material specification and technical references from supervisor.
• Set up, align, and operate heavy duty specialized workshop tools to cut, thread and groove all types of pipes and joints.
• Organize resources like material and equipment’s for pipe fabrication work
• Ensure compliance of all specification for pipe fabrication with quality
• Execute job at site as well as in field
• Keep track of ongoing pipe fabrication job
• Log all progress related to pipe fabrication job and report to pipefitter supervisor
• Support in investigation job for failure analysis of piping circuit
