Job summary

KBR, Inc in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Static Technician III to maintain static equipment and piping systems, and to perform installation, maintenance and repair work.

The role requires 4+ years in Oil & Gas maintenance (High School) or 2+ years with a Diploma, plus a recognized certification. You will lead technicians, follow SATORP procedures, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Oil & Gas maintenance experience.
• 2+ years Oil & Gas maintenance experience with Diploma.
• Certification from a recognized third-party body or Saudi institute attesting qualifications.
• Strong technical maintenance management knowledge and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawings, and specs from Supervisor and performs work.
• Leads a team of Technicians.
• Uses appropriate tools and equipment; operates heavy-duty tools from Central tool room.
• Operates basic machine tools (grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine).
• Performs installation and maintenance per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Carries out testing (hydro, pneumatic, etc.) and secures necessary work permits.
• Maintains strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
• Consults with Supervisor on technical issues and ensures housekeeping during/after work.
• Aims to complete jobs to quality and schedule per company standards.
• Complies with safety, health, environment standards and procedures.
• Reports near misses and unsafe conditions; attends safety/technical training.

Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Static equipment’s and Process Piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.


• Leading the team of Technicians.


• Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.


• Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.


• Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.


• Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.) Receive necessary work permits before starting of work...


• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.


• Consult with Supervisor for any technical issues.


• Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.


• Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standard and requirements.


• Comply with all Safety, health and environment standards and procedures.


• Report all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.


• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.


• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.


• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities. Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
