Job summary

Euro Staffs is seeking a Restaurant Training Manager (F&B) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This on-site, full-time role focuses on designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training for all restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs, service standards and guest experience.

You will train front-of-house and back-of-house teams, develop materials, and oversee trainer programs for managers, with regular branch visits to close performance gaps and support new openings.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant training, F&B learning and development, brand training or restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant SOPs and service standards.
• Proven experience training frontline restaurant employees.
• Ability to train front-of-house and relevant back-of-house teams.
• Experience preparing training materials, assessments and operational manuals.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Multi-branch restaurant experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage onboarding programs for new restaurant employees.
• Deliver practical training to front-of-house and relevant back-of-house teams.
• Train employees on restaurant SOPs, service standards and guest experience.
• Conduct menu, product-knowledge and upselling training.
• Deliver training covering food safety, hygiene, grooming and workplace conduct.
• Prepare training manuals, presentations, checklists and assessment materials.
• Organize train-the-trainer programs for restaurant managers and supervisors.
• Visit branches regularly to observe performance and identify training gaps.
• Provide refresher and corrective training based on operational requirements.
• Support new branch openings and the introduction of new menus or procedures.
• Maintain training attendance, assessment and employee-certification records.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Work with operations and HR to improve employee performance and service consistency.
