• Maintain a comprehensive and current F&B training manual, policies, procedures and task breakdowns.
• Coordinate F&B orientation for new team members.
• Ensure new joiners complete their training checklist within the first week of employment.
• Maintain documented training attendance records for each team member.
• Communicate and deliver training on F&B standards, policies and procedures.
• Research and design new training programs according to operational requirements.
• Support employee productivity, morale and workplace discipline within F&B guidelines and local regulations.

Health and Safety

• Use required personal protective equipment and clothing.
• Follow safe working practices and procedures when operating equipment, machinery and other workplace devices.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains an appropriate health and safety program.
• Make team members aware of workplace hazards and ensure relevant safety training is completed and documented.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections.
• Identify and correct unsafe acts and conditions.
• Report work-related injuries and illnesses to the appropriate internal and external authorities.
• Conduct accident investigations for work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Enforce employee compliance with restaurant health and safety policies and procedures.
• Initiate performance counseling and disciplinary action for health and safety non-compliance when required.
• Keep the Area Manager and Sales Operation Manager informed about conditions or practices that may present hazards to employees.
• Recommend improvements to store health and safety practices and programs.
