Job summary

Top Notch Consultancy is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a location in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the Food & Beverage sector. You will oversee daily operations, lead FOH/BOH teams, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability.

The ideal candidate has a strong F&B background, hands-on leadership, and a proven track record in managing branch performance, staff, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Branch Manager/Restaurant Manager/Shift Manager or similar in F&B.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations (FOH and BOH).
• Proven ability to supervise teams and manage daily staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations across all shifts.
• Lead, train, and supervise front- and back-of-house staff to high standards.
• Ensure top-tier guest experience by monitoring service quality and addressing feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily workforce allocation.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering to minimize waste and control costs.
• Track daily sales and branch expenses, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Handle cash management, POS operations, and daily reconciliation.
• Resolve operational issues and staff conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Conduct staff briefings and on-the-job training to reinforce procedures.
• Maintain branch cleanliness, presentation, and equipment to company standards.
• Report branch performance and incidents to Operations Manager or senior management.
• Support rollout of new products, promotions, and company initiatives at the branch.
