Job summary

Kerten Hospitality is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for The House Hotel Jeddah. This role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations while leading day-to-day restaurant and bar management. The successful candidate will develop service standards, ensure compliance with health regulations, and enhance the guest experience through collaboration with various teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Pre-opening or new outlet launch experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities include overseeing all food and beverage operations across outlets, leading day‑to‑day restaurant and bar operations, developing menus and service standards, monitoring costs, preparing operational reports, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, recruiting and training F&B staff, coordinating with suppliers, supporting pre‑opening activities, and collaborating with Rooms, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to enhance the guest experience.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
