Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership: Direct and manage core project teams and delegate high-level responsibilities.
• Project Portfolio Management: Oversee all real estate projects, ensuring top-tier execution and on-time delivery.
• Strategic Scheduling: Establish master timelines and monitor schedules to prevent delays.
• Financial & Budgetary Control: Approve budgets, forecast finances, and optimize procurement costs.
• Quality Assurance & Engineering Codes: Ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Contract & Vendor Management: Oversee major contracts and evaluate performance.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and implement efficient field solutions.
