Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Project Director – FM Services Delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead a major destination programme. You will govern multiple FM service packages, drive vendor performance, and maintain CAFM governance, asset data, and operational readiness across hard and soft services.

The role requires extensive facilities management leadership, regional GCC experience, and a proven ability to deliver complex, client‑facing projects with strong executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Senior FM leadership experience with client-facing governance.
• Experience managing multi-vendor FM delivery across hard/soft services.
• Strong CAFM governance and asset data management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern FM vendor management programme across packages.
• Act as client-facing governance authority with performance monitoring and reporting.
• Oversee procurement, onboarding, service mobilisation, and contract administration.
• Maintain programme execution, safety, quality plans, and governance documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and address cost overruns, delays, or scope changes.
