ConFlip in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and ensure excellence in all food operations. The role requires strong leadership, superb organizational and interpersonal skills, and a deep knowledge of international cuisines with emphasis on Middle Eastern dishes.

The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, drive quality and innovation, and report to HR for the interview process.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional cooking experience in a high-end restaurant or professional kitchen.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, with emphasis on Middle Eastern dishes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
