Job summary

Woopel in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead and elevate our restaurant’s culinary program. You will develop menus, craft memorable dining experiences, and ensure quality standards across all kitchen stations.

As a hands-on leader, you will recruit, train and mentor the culinary team, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring consistent execution in a fast-paced environment in Riyadh. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a reputed restaurant
• Ability to manage a kitchen team and oversee operations in the kitchen
• Knowledgeable about culinary trends and techniques
• Expertise in food preparation techniques, ingredients, equipment and processes
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Willingness to consider foreign candidates
