• Work closely with other departments such as sales & marketing to create menus that meet customer needs
• Ensure quality of food by monitoring presentation and taste regularly
• Monitor kitchen staff performance by providing ongoing training and feedback
• Develop new recipes while ensuring that all recipes are consistent with the restaurant’s standards of quality
• We are open to hiring someone without experience if they possess strong communication skills, leadership abilities, creativity in their cooking style, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
