Job description

Head Chef

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing the overall kitchen operations and leading a team of chefs in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Your main duties will include creating menus, developing new recipes, managing inventory and food costs, ensuring quality control, and providing training and supervision to kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards, and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong culinary expertise, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high‑volume establishment is preferred. Fluency in English is required.

Salary: $1000 per month
