Job summary

Master Works in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Support & Finance Team Enablement professional with 5 years of experience to provide continuous technical assistance to the Finance team, minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency. The role will primarily support ERP troubleshooting, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, change management, and automation of finance processes.

The position is client-site and requires strong expertise in ERP systems, Excel, and database

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in technical support and Finance team enablement.
• Experience providing ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and databases.
• Ability to support Finance requirements through ERP and database administration.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions.
• Experience resolving Windows OS-related technical issues.
• Experience managing Change Requests (CRs) from drafting to implementation.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activities.
• Ability to support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous technical assistance to the Finance team to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for immediate ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Support complex Excel functions and productivity tools.
• Resolve Windows OS-related technical issues.
• Manage the lifecycle of Change Requests (CRs), from initial drafting and submission to follow-up and final implementation support.
• If required, get an admin user on ERP system and database to support internally for Finance requirements.
• Support identifying and releasing budget reports.
• Support data gathering and releasing budget reports.
• Support automation solutions for any manual Finance processes.
