Job summary

FTG Development is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for its Saudi Arabian operations in Riyadh. This role is the single finance control point for the Kingdom, reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer with dotted-line to the Group CFO.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Professional qualification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CA or CMA) preferred.
Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager or leadership role.
Experience in construction, real estate development or project-driven sectors with IPCs and variation orders.
Solid IFRS knowledge with full-cycle closing and statutory reporting ownership.
ERP systems implementation/management experience (SAP, IFS or similar).

Responsibilities

Own monthly, quarterly and annual closing for all KSA entities and deliver packs to executive leadership.
Prepare IFRS-compliant statutory financial statements and coordinate audits end to end.
Design, implement and monitor internal control framework and chart of accounts.
Lead ERP system selection and implementation with cross-functional input across departments.
Manage project accounting, WIP, cost-to-complete analysis and dashboards.
Lead the KSA finance team and standardize SOPs across entities.
