Job summary

Arbete Careers seeks a Finance Executive in Riyadh to drive budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial controls across multiple units. You will maintain the general ledger, run reconciliations, and prepare monthly statements to support senior management.

With 5–6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce, you will work with ERP systems and ensure VAT compliance. English is mandatory; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, journals, and books of accounts.
• Process AP and AR; prepare monthly financial statements.
• Perform reconciliations with banks, suppliers, and customers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Coordinate VAT compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Assist with ERP reporting and system improvements.
• Coordinate with business units on finance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, journals, and books of accounts.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Assist with VAT compliance and statutory filings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
• Support ERP/accounting system reporting and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Coordinate with business units on finance-related matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce. CA Inter, CMA, ACCA or CPA will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho or equivalent).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
