Job summary

Fortinet is hiring a Technical Account Manager in Riyadh to serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts. You will build trusted relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored support and guidance.

The role emphasizes proactive issue detection, best practices, and optimizing ROI. Candidates should have 6+ years in technical support/post-sales, a CS/CE-related degree, and Fortinet NSE4 or similar certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in a technical support/post-sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE or related field.
• Fortinet NSE4 and related certifications are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs to provide guidance and support.
• Act as trusted advisor with technical recommendations and best practices.
• Run advanced troubleshooting across Fortinet products and reproduce environments in lab.
• Own customer incidents to drive timely resolutions.
• Manage customer communications until case closure.
• Participate in customer calls and meetings to align on expectations.
• Produce service reports for key stakeholders.
• Report software/hardware issues to R&D and ensure follow-up.
