Job summary

Vectra AI, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue within the designated enterprise territory.

You will pursue high-value accounts, engage at CISO/CIO/CTO levels, and maintain a disciplined pipeline while collaborating with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept. You will own the end-to-end sales process, develop strategic account plans, and partner with our team to win at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience selling security, networking and/or software to enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships (CISO/CIO/CTO).
• Self-driven with disciplined pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new enterprise opportunities within territory.
• Develop account strategy and partner with Sales Engineer for demos and POCs.
• Forecast revenue and manage channel partners and stakeholders.
• Travel 3-4 days per week (domestic, sometimes international).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Channel partners and SDRs to build pipeline.
