Job summary

Saudi AZM in الرياض is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise initiatives. You will develop detailed plans, define scope and success criteria, and manage budgets, resources, and dependencies across Business, Technology, Product, and vendor partners.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience managing enterprise-scale projects.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
• Experience with project governance, PMO processes, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and executive management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or working with government/enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is preferred.

• Manage vendors and third-party partners where applicable.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with AZM standards, methodologies, and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices, processes, and tools.
