Job summary

Maximus KSA in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to lead and manage LAN/WAN, cloud, and on‑prem environments. You will support enterprise hosting services, connectivity, and security while maintaining documentation and architecture diagrams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, MCSE/VMware certifications, and fluency in English and Arabic. 5+ years in enterprise IT with strong VPN, AD, and cloud skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure and networking experience.
• MCSE or VMware certifications or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-prem environments.
• Support and maintain core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity.
• Manage infrastructure operations: servers, virtualization, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi-Fi, and DR solutions.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and bottlenecks.
• Ensure infrastructure platforms remain secure, updated, and compliant with standards.
• Maintain architecture docs, asset inventories, configurations, and records.
• Identify infrastructure risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Support IT projects with infrastructure solutions and ISO 27001 alignment.
• Produce regular reports and maintain diagrams.
