Job summary

Maximus KSA is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide end-user technical support and maintain IT infrastructure across its offices in the Kingdom. The role focuses on proactive troubleshooting, customer service, and reliable technology services to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS, at least 3 years in IT support, and strong knowledge of Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Technical Support or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, smartphones, and related devices.
• Support new user onboarding, setup, and account administration.
• Manage and prioritize support requests to meet business needs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware and software support.
• Maintain IT asset records and related documentation.
• Support IT projects, initiatives, policies, and operational improvements.
