Job summary

Perfect Vision in Dammam is seeking a Solutions Sales Specialist to drive growth of our fleet management platform and enterprise offerings. You will sell enterprise SaaS-based solutions, including subscriptions, to enterprise and mid-market clients in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience selling software platforms and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, with strong presentation and proposal skills to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in solutions, SaaS, ERP, fleet/telematics platforms, or subscription-based products.
• Experience selling software platforms or recurring-revenue solutions, not just hardware.
• Ability to run consultative sales cycles and articulate value / ROI to business and technical buyers.
• Comfortable engaging enterprise stakeholders across operations, IT, and procurement.
• Strong presentation, demo, and proposal skills; able to lead a room.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative, solution-based sales cycles: identify client pain points and map to platform capabilities.
• Position and sell recurring / subscription-based offerings (SaaS-style platform licensing and data services).
• Build a pipeline of platform / recurring-revenue opportunities and forecast in CRM.
• Sell Perfect Vision's fleet management platform and connected solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Engage fleet, operations, IT, HSE, and procurement stakeholders across decision cycles.
• Deliver tailored demos, proposals, and commercial models (subscription and per-vehicle pricing).
• Support account expansion by increasing subscriptions and connected devices over time.
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to scope platform integrations.
• Stay current on fleet tech and enterprise software trends in the Saudi market.
