InterContinental Hotels Group in Umluj, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Engineering Storekeeper to manage day-to-day engineering procurement, inventory, and documentation. You will receive materials, verify quality, organize stock, perform counts, and maintain records to support ongoing projects and maintenance.

The role requires strong MS Office and procurement software skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently or with a team while upholding safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the engineering department, ensuring that all the daily office work is maintained in perfect condition.
• Receive incoming engineering materials, supplies, and equipment along with verify quantities and quality of items received against purchase orders or specifications.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels for ongoing engineering projects and maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss, damage, or theft.
• Properly store engineering materials and equipment to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Record all transactions accurately using inventory management software or manual systems.
• Prepare documentation for procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Provide a support service to the Engineering department to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department
• Writes general store requisition forms and gets the approval accordingly.
• Send the form to the general store and upon receiving the items check the quantities ordered.
• Coordination with Suppliers, Contractor, Vendors etc.
• Keeping the workspace clean and always organized.
• Upholding InterContinental’s guidelines and service standards, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
