GOTION HIGH-TECH is seeking experienced Business Development Managers to drive the energy storage business across the Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa, and selected Eastern European markets. This role focuses on market development, key account management, commercial negotiations, and major project acquisitions.

You will develop regional market strategies, identify opportunities, and build relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering or other technical background preferred.
• 5+ years of sales, business development, or commercial experience in renewable energy, energy storage, power, or related industries.
• Proven experience in regional market development, key account management, and complex commercial negotiations.
• Strong ownership and ability to independently develop customers and drive projects to closure.
• Good understanding of the energy storage and renewable energy markets in the Middle East, Central Asia, or surrounding regions preferred.
• Fluent English for business communication and negotiation; Arabic, Turkish, Russian, or other regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively or be based in the region.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional market strategies, identify target markets, customers, and business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with key customers, utilities, developers, EPCs, and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and project acquisition activities.
• Drive major opportunities from initial engagement through commercial closure while managing order fulfillment and payment risks.
• Deliver sales, revenue, and margin targets for assigned markets and accounts.
• Monitor energy storage market policies, competitive landscape, customer needs, and technology trends.
• Coordinate with technical, project, delivery, and other internal teams to support customer requirements and project execution.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, customer workshops, and other market activities.
