Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Energy System projects, ensuring adherence to policies, quality standards, HSE, financial targets, and schedule commitments.
• Support process improvements to enhance project execution effectiveness.
• Direct project teams, define execution approaches, and oversee hand-over, planning, monitoring, and control for internal and external resources.
• Monitor project progress and optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee project financials, invoicing status, costs, expenses and cash flow.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities for proactive actions.
• Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgement.
• Procure services, materials, and equipment from suppliers, including negotiation support and changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; act as customer contact and escalation point.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy’s safety and integrity values in daily actions.
