Job summary

Open Access Technology International, Inc. (OATI) is seeking an experienced projects professional for the position of Project Management Specialist to plan, schedule, and drive the in-Kingdom deployment to a signed FAC within scope, schedule, and quality standards.

The role requires a secure customer signature on milestones and prompt reporting to the assigned team. The position is based in Riyadh with a hybrid work arrangement; attendance at the Riyadh office or customer facilities may be

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business or project management.
• Two or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in a software application is a plus.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to acquire new skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments.
• Excellent teamwork, initiative, and ownership.
• Acceptable background investigation report.
• Resident in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative functions and support to project teams.
• Provide administrative functions to other groups, including documentation processing.
• Participate in solution project teams, supporting the project team leader.
• Actively support, track, and monitor project communication and activities.
• Compile and track data and documentation for specific projects.
