BEC Arabia in Khobar seeks an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to oversee employee housing facilities for a multi-national workforce. You will ensure high safety, cleanliness and comfort in line with Saudi regulations and company policies.

You will coordinate housing assignments, manage budgets, liaise with vendors and support the logistics team to provide a well-organized living environment that supports productivity and well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of accommodation or facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of employee housing facilities.
• Coordinate housing assignments for staff and optimize space usage.
• Inspect housing for safety and cleanliness; coordinate timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations and policies.
• Develop housing policies and procedures to address employee concerns.

• Maintain records of occupancy, maintenance schedules and expenses.

BEC Arabia is seeking a dedicated Accommodation Supervisor to oversee and manage employee housing facilities in Khobar. This role is pivotal in ensuring the well-being of our multi-national workforce and maintaining high standards of living conditions that align with company policies and Saudi regulations.

About the Role

BEC Arabia is looking for an experienced strong Accommodation Supervisor strong to join our Logistics Department in Khobar. In this role you will oversee the management and operations of employee housing facilities ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety cleanliness and comfort. You will play a critical role in supporting our multi-national workforce by providing a well-organized and efficient living environment that fosters productivity and well-being. As a key member of the Logistics team you will coordinate with various departments to address housing needs manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with Saudi labor and housing regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of employee accommodation facilities ensuring they meet company standards for safety cleanliness and comfort.
• Coordinate and supervise housing assignments for employees ensuring optimal utilization of available space.
• Inspect and monitor living facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws municipal regulations and company policies related to employee housing.
• Develop and implement housing policies and procedures to maintain order and address employee concerns effectively.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance cleaning and other essential services.
• Maintain accurate records of housing occupancy maintenance schedules and related expenses.
• Handle employee grievances related to accommodation and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage budgets for housing operations ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Conduct periodic audits of housing facilities to ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
• Train and supervise on-site staff including cleaners and maintenance personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accommodation management, facilities management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and housing regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Facilities Management or related disciplines.
• Experience working in the construction or engineering industry.
• Familiarity with health safety and environmental standards such as ISO 45001.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Prior experience managing housing for a multi-national workforce.

Working Conditions

This role is based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia and requires full-time availability. Primarily office-based with frequent visits to employee housing facilities. May require occasional travel to other project locations within Saudi Arabia. Work environment includes exposure to hot climates and construction-related conditions. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required during site visits.
