Job summary

Strategicgears is seeking an HR professional focused on onboarding and employee engagement to support new hires’ successful integration into the company culture and operations.

You will conduct engaging orientation sessions, collaborate on innovative engagement initiatives, and assist in organizing company-wide events to foster belonging and team cohesion. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required, with PMP and instructional design certificates considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles focused on employee engagement and support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Empathetic and approachable, with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Creative thinker contributing to innovative HR initiatives.
• Confidentiality and discretion handling sensitive employee information.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Admin; PMP and instructional design certifications are pluses.
