Job summary

Al-Garafi for engineering consultancy is seeking an HR professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. You will craft job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct interviews to identify top talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Additionally, you will design and administer performance appraisal processes and develop HR policies that comply with legal standards and reflect best practices in the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting full-cycle recruitment including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates and interviewing.
• Design and implement onboarding programs to improve new-hire engagement from day one.
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards.
