Job summary

CESCO - Saudi seeks an experienced Operations Director to lead ELV and ICT operations across Saudi Arabia, delivering project excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10-15 years in ELV/ICT, at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, GCC experience, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will oversee multiple projects, mentor teams, and ensure HSE, QA/QC compliance while driving growth in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required; MBA is preferred.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Cisco or other relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of ELV and ICT projects from initiation through final handover.
• Drive operational excellence, resource planning, and project performance across multiple projects.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering, project, and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, profitability, risk management, and contractual obligations.
• Provide strategic reports, operational updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and company standards across all operations.
