Job summary

ServicesAlly seeks an experienced ICT ELV Technical Manager to lead the design, implementation and operational support of ELV systems for Riyadh operations. You will provide hands‑on engineering leadership to ensure CCTV, access control, cabling, PA/AV and sensor networks meet security, reliability and maintain maintainability requirements.

This role requires coordinating with IT and onsite teams, supervising contractors, preparing BOMs and documentation, and driving commissioning and regulatory

Qualifications

  • Must-have: Proven experience managing ELV systems: CCTV, IP access control, structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A/fiber), PA and AV systems.
  • Hands-on competency with networked ELV devices and IP networking fundamentals: VLANs, PoE, DHCP, basic QoS.
  • Ability to read and produce technical drawings, wiring diagrams and system schematics; knowledge of cabling and earthing standards.
  • Experience preparing technical specifications, BOMs and evaluating vendor bids; supervising installations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, installation and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV, IP access control, structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A/fiber), PA and AV meeting-room systems and environmental sensors.
  • Develop technical specifications, drawings and bills of materials (BOM) for procurement and tendering; evaluate vendors and manage installation contracts.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting procedures and system upgrades to ensure continuous operation and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with IT/network teams on IP networking, VLANs, PoE, DHCP and QoS for ELV devices.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, wiring diagrams, schematics, SOPs and service logs; lead commissioning and acceptance testing.
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors on site; ensure adherence to local safety codes and permitting.

The role requires hands‑on engineering leadership to ensure ELV infrastructures (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PA, AV, and networked sensors) meet security, reliability and maintainability requirements for projects and office facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, installation and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV, IP access control, structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A/fiber), public address, AV meeting‑room systems and environmental sensors.
  • Develop technical specifications, drawings and bills of materials (BOM) for procurement and tendering; evaluate vendors and manage installation contracts.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting procedures and system upgrades to ensure continuous operation and regulatory compliance.

  • Knowledge of local safety codes and ability to coordinate site work, permits and contractor supervision in Riyadh.
  • Preferred: Certifications in structured cabling, CCTV/access control vendor certificates, network fundamentals.
