Job summary

EEC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager - ELV/ICT to lead ELV and ICT projects from mobilization to closeout. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant ELV/ICT PM experience and strong client-facing capabilities.

You will manage planning, procurement, risk, budgets, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to QHSSE standards. Willingness to travel and relocate across regions is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant ELV/ICT project management experience.

• Take full ownership of assigned ELV/ICT projects from mobilization through final handover and closeout.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead project progress and coordination meetings.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and execution plans.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, invoicing, and overall commercial performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, variations, and potential commercial impacts.
• Support Variation Orders, claims, and Extension of Time requirements.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier performance.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, HSE standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to resolve project issues and maintain delivery timelines.
• Maintain effective project documentation and reporting.
