Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an experienced technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical/electronic equipment at our Jubail/Al-Khobar location in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, schematic interpretation, and proficiency with Halliburton software and HMS data input.

The candidate will mentor colleagues, follow detailed Halliburton processes, and ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years’ experience in electrical/electronic fields.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/drawings/prints.
• Proficient with Halliburton software/hardware and data entry into HMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and repair of electrical/electronic equipment.
• Conduct advanced testing to verify readiness after maintenance.

Job Duties

Under general supervision, performs preventive/predictive maintenance and repair of a variety of electronic and/or electrical equipment relative to their assigned location. Possesses intermediate diagnostic/troubleshooting knowledge and skills. Performs advanced testing of equipment to verify readiness after maintenance. Must be proficient in understanding/interpreting electronic and/or electrical schematics/drawings/prints. Performs work within a variety of Halliburton specific software and hardware. Must possess advanced computer literacy. Knowledge of part identification and system search to enable accurate procurement of spares. Ensures adherence, accurate input, and maintenance of data into Halliburton’s system of record. This role is responsible for following specific and detailed work processes within the Halliburton Management System (HMS) during daily job activities. Performs own work and mentors others as directed. Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. A high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in related electrical/electronic fields are required. A Technical Certification or Associates degree in an Electrical field is preferred.
