Job summary

NAS Human resources.co is seeking an experienced EHV Cable Splicer & Terminator to execute high-precision 115 kV splicing and termination on XLPE cables in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires Saudi Aramco approval and PFISTERER OEM certification, with 5–8 years of field experience and an Associate/Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Strong English, safety compliance, and precise workmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in electrical engineering or allied field.
• 5–8 years of field experience with EHV/HV cable splicing and termination (115 kV).
• Saudi Aramco approval and PFISTERER OEM certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise stripping, jointing, and termination on 115 kV XLPE cables with PFISTERER tooling.
• Install straight and cross-bonding joints, outdoor terminations, and GIS plug-ins (CONNEX).
• Maintain clean environments, monitor moisture and dust, and ensure safety compliance.
• Support QC testing, document splicing logs, and assist sign-off by site engineers.
