Job summary

ENGIE Laborelec Saudi Arabia is hiring a High Voltage Underground Cable Expert to sustain growth and deliver advanced energy solutions in the Saudi market. You will join a team of five experts, work on asset inspection, health index estimation, maintenance planning, and collaborate with headquarters to analyze major equipment failures, while visiting client sites as required.

The role requires a master degree, 5+ years of project experience, European exposure, and fluency in English, with

Qualifications

• Master degree in electrical assets or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects.
• European experience (studies in Europe or work at a European Grid operator).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support client on asset inspection and health index estimation.
• Recommend predictive and reactive maintenance based on asset condition.
• Support client during major incidents with repair/restoration recommendations.
• Challenge OEM recommendations and support repairs.
• Collaborate with HQ to study major equipment failures.
• Serve as field expert technical advisor to the client.
• Visits to sites with client maintenance team.
