Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Jeddah is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Associate to oversee the fulfillment of ecommerce orders in offline channels with urgency and efficiency. You will report shortages, coordinate with stakeholders to update records, and provide feedback to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

A bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce or a related field, 3–5 years of experience, and fluency in English and Arabic are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Ecommerce operations or related area.
• Familiar with aggregating data and online activation.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
