Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Jeddah is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Associate to oversee the fulfillment of ecommerce orders in offline channels with urgency and efficiency. You will report shortages, coordinate with stakeholders to update records, and provide feedback to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

A bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce or a related field, 3–5 years of experience, and fluency in English and Arabic are required.

What you'll be doing

Our Ecommerce Operations Associate is responsible for the fulfillment of ecommerce orders in offline channel (retail stores) with the greatest sense of urgency and efficiency.

Report instantly about identified shortages in stock and take necessary action to explain issue with the concerned stakeholders to update their records in the system.

Whenever necessary, provide feedback to the concerned stakeholders to streamline working processes and improve their efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelors degree in Ecommerce or any related field.

3 to 5 years of experience.

Familiar with aggregating and online activation.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
