Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Jeddah is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Associate to ensure timely fulfillment of ecommerce orders across offline retail channels, driving urgency, accuracy and efficiency while supporting the achievement of ecommerce sales targets. You will report identified stock shortages, coordinate with stakeholders to update records, and provide feedback to streamline processes.
