Chalhoub Group in Jeddah is seeking an Ecommerce Operations professional to ensure rapid order fulfillment for offline retail channels and to monitor stock levels across stores. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve shortages and keep systems up to date, while offering feedback to streamline workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce or related field and 3–5 years of experience, with fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment of ecommerce orders in offline channel (retail stores) with urgency and efficiency.
• Report shortages in stock and explain issue with stakeholders to update records in the system.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
