Job summary

Florose is seeking an Operations Specialist to streamline daily operations across fulfillment and delivery. You will monitor processes in internal systems, ensure accurate data, and drive cross-functional coordination to meet targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in operations (preferably e-commerce/retail), and strong Arabic/English proficiency. Proficiency in ERP/OMS and Excel is essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional operations experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Hands-on experience with ERP, OMS, or inventory management platforms.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and data-driven approach.
Proficient in Excel, data analysis and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor processes through internal systems and reports.
Oversee order fulfillment from receipt to delivery.
Ensure accurate product, inventory, and order data across systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
Identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors.
Lead and coordinate workflows to achieve operational targets.
