Job summary

Florose is seeking an Operations Specialist to streamline daily operations across fulfillment and delivery. You will monitor processes in internal systems, ensure accurate data, and drive cross-functional coordination to meet targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in operations (preferably e-commerce/retail), and strong Arabic/English proficiency. Proficiency in ERP/OMS and Excel is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional operations experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, OMS, or inventory management platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and data-driven approach.
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis and operational reporting.
