• Process returns for frontline team.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and awareness of the hybrid/omnichannel approach in retail.
• Report instantly about identified IT errors to the IT Service Desk and communicate with the support team to resolve issues.
• Report instantly about identified shortages in stock and notify stakeholders to update records in the system.
• Ensure compliance with Omnichannel system processes and operating policies and procedures.
