Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Associate to oversee order fulfillment on the offline channel (retail stores) with urgency and efficiency. You will support frontline returns processing, ensure seamless knowledge transfer across the team, and promptly report IT issues while maintaining alignment with omnichannel policies and procedures.

• Report instantly about identified IT errors to the IT Service Desk and communicate with the support team to resolve issues.
• Report instantly about identified shortages in stock and notify stakeholders to update records in the system.
• Ensure compliance with Omnichannel system processes and operating policies and procedures.

What you\'ll be doing

Our Ecommerce Operations Associate is responsible for the fulfillment of ecommerce orders on the offline channel (retail stores) with the greatest sense of urgency and efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed

Support frontline team in returns processing.

Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and sharing awareness of hybrid approach in retail.

Report instantly about identified technical errors with IT Service Desk and take necessary ac on to explain issue and keep communication with support team.

Report instantly about identified shortages in stock and take necessary ac on to explain issue with the concerned stakeholders to update their records in the system.

Ensure compliance with Omnichannel system processes and opera ng policies and procedures.
