Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an Ecommerce Operations Associate to drive the fulfillment of e-commerce orders across offline retail channels with urgency and accuracy.

You will support frontline teams with returns processing, ensure omnichannel processes are followed, report IT issues, and promptly notify stock stakeholders to update records. You will learn across luxury brand operations and enjoy employee discounts and internal mobility opportunities.

• Achieve e-commerce sales target.

• Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and share awareness of the hybrid approach in retail.
• Report instantly about identified technical errors with the IT Service Desk and take necessary actions to explain the issue and keep communication with the support team.
• Report instantly about identified shortages in stock and take necessary actions to explain the issue with the concerned stakeholders to update their records in the system.
• Ensure compliance with omnichannel system processes and operating policies and procedures.

About the Role

Our Ecommerce Operations Associate is responsible for the fulfillment of e‑commerce orders on the offline channel (retail stores) with the greatest sense of urgency and efficiency.
