Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced EAF Engineer for the Melting Shop to operate and manage Electric Arc Furnace processes. You will handle raw materials, consumables, and equipment ensuring adherence to standards and quality requirements.

The role requires hands-on melting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with ERP/MES systems to drive efficiency and cost control within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience with Electric Arc Furnace operations in steel or foundry environments.
• Strong knowledge of melting practices, slag control, and temperature management.
• Proven ability to analyse process data and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain EAF work specifications based on standards and procedures.
• Plan and manage raw materials, scrap, alloying elements, fluxes, and tools for EAF operations.
• Monitor EAF parameters to meet metallurgical requirements and production targets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance and timely repairs of EAF equipment.
• Optimise furnace performance to improve efficiency, yield, and reduce tap-to-tap time.
• Ensure compliance with API/ISO quality requirements related to melting and process control.
• Analyse production data and investigate abnormalities to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production records and support traceability and continuous improvement.
