Job summary

Manpower Resources India Pvt Ltd. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Shift Incharge (AM/DM) for Electrical Maintenance in the Steel Melting Shop. You will lead planning, scheduling, and coordination to maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical with 6+ years of experience and proficiency in SAP HANA work orders, spare planning, and cost control. You will manage safety and drive reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical engineering required.
• 6+ years of experience in electrical maintenance in heavy industry.
• Experience in SAP HANA work order management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor all electrical maintenance activities in the steel melting shop.
• Create and manage SAP HANA notifications, work orders, and maintenance plans.
• Raise PRs for critical spares and track procurement with stores and purchasing.
• Prepare shutdown schedules for EAF, LRF, CCM, utilities and substations.
• Lead shift teams, coordinate with operations and ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare daily/MIS reports and monitor KPIs for maintenance.
• Control costs and drive reliability improvements to reduce downtime.
