Job summary

Client of MM Management Consultant is seeking an Electrical Instrumentation & E&I Estimation Engineer in Saudi Arabia to prepare accurate techno-commercial estimates for EPC Brownfield, Greenfield, maintenance and shutdown projects. You will review tender documents, develop detailed MTOs/BOQs, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, manpower, equipment and logistics.

Qualifications

• Review ITB/RFQ/RFP and tender documents to identify requirements.
• Prepare detailed MTOs/BOQs from drawings and specifications.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and logistics.
• Prepare man-hour estimates based on scope and productivity norms.
• Review and evaluate quotations from vendors/subcontractors for technical and commercial compliance.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, execution methodology, assumptions, exclusions and bid documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, QA/QC, Vendors and Clients to resolve queries.
• Maintain estimating databases and historical cost records to support bids and handovers.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve bid queries.
• Support post-bid clarifications and handover to project teams.
