Job summary

Sisco Jobs is recruiting on behalf of a client in Saudi Arabia for an Electrical Estimation Engineer with 8–12+ years of experience in electrical estimation and tendering. You will review drawings, prepare detailed cost estimates, and coordinate with procurement and project teams.

Candidates should have Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, plus at least 3 years in KSA. Knowledge of tender documents, BOQ analysis, and pricing is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of electrical estimation and tendering experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in KSA.
• Experience with electrical estimation, tender documentation, BOQ analysis, and commercial costing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost calculations for projects and tenders.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to identify electrical scope and requirements.
• Develop accurate material, equipment, labour, and installation cost estimates.
• Analyze tender requirements and prepare competitive commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to validate quantities and pricing.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations for electrical works.
• Identify scope variations, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial risks during tender preparation.
• Maintain estimation records and support post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
