Job summary

JNT AB in Saudi Arabia seeks a marketing professional to plan content for products, campaigns and promotions, while identifying opportunities to support sales growth. You will monitor competitors and customer behavior to optimize campaigns across e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities include planning seasonal promotions, analyzing the customer journey, improving CVR and AOV, and supporting cross-selling while driving targeted campaigns through Pop-ups, Push, WhatsApp and Email Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of e-commerce KPIs and data analysis.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan marketing content related to products, campaigns, and promotions.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and propose initiatives that support sales growth.
• Monitor competitors and customer behavior to identify marketing opportunities.
• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional marketing campaigns for the e-commerce store.
• Monitor e-commerce performance and analyze the customer journey and conversion funnel.
• Recommend improvements to increase Conversion Rate (CVR) and Average Order Value (AOV).
• Contribute to cross-selling and upselling strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing repeat purchases.
• Analyze campaign results, identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and analyze campaigns across Pop-ups, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and Email Marketing.
• Analyze customer behavior, segment customers into relevant groups, and use these segments to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
